Marlene’s Tea & Cakes wrapped up the month of May with a great week full of afternoon tea parties. One party was a group of runners from Oregon who were in San Diego for the Rock ‘n’ Roll marathon. They celebrated with a sunset rosette cake. We even packaged up French almond macaroons filled with Nutella French buttercream. What a way to end the tea!
Another party had bite-size coconut cream pies, Marlene’s version, which was made with delicate young coconut.
